I can only recommend Benji to everyone! We’ve been working together again for over a year now. After the post-COVID home office years, my muscle mass had decreased significantly while body fat increased, so we essentially started from zero.
Through varied and well-structured training sessions, Benji gradually increased the difficulty of the exercises, introducing heavier and heavier weights over time. After just a few months, I was able to do my first pull-up 💪.
The sessions are fully personalized, which means there is always variety, challenge, and a real sense of progress. Training just once a week, my body fat percentage dropped from 23% to 17%.
